top 50% handicap horses entered plus ties, as per handicap returns received
from the BHRC office Monday 21st August, will be eligible to race in the Welsh Classic
on Saturday. The remaining 50% handicapped horses will be eligible to race for
the Strata Florida Handicap on Friday.
