1.
Entries will only be accepted on an entry form and
must be received by the secretary prior to the closing date
2. Following last years cancellation,
alternative arrangements will be made should it be necessary to cancel again
this year. All entries will stand, but
the entry fees and prize money could be reduced. This is a condition of entry.
3. Cheques
should be made payable to TREGARON TROTTING CLUB LTD
4. Any
subsequent alterations or with drawls must be notified to the secretary
5. All
races are subject to a minimum of 6 horses declaring to run
6. All
prize money will be paid by cheque within 14 days, and will be sent by post to
the owner, unless we are notified otherwise
7. ONE
