1.        Entries will only be accepted on an entry form and must be received by the secretary prior to the closing date

2.       Any subsequent alterations or with drawls must be notified to the secretary

3.       All races are subject to a minimum of 6 horses declaring to run

4.       All prize money will be paid by cheque within 14 days, and will be sent by post to the owner, unless we are notified otherwise

5.       ONE HORSE PER ENTRY FORM PLEASE

6.       Please indicate if you require us to arrange stabling (£10 PER horse per night)    YES / NO             Wed/Thurs/ Fri / Sat/Sun
