Following
the tremendous success of the inaugural 'Ddraig Fach Gymreig', it has been
decided to extend the series and include a two year old race -
Y DDRAIG IAU
GYMREIG / THE JUNIOR WELSH DRAGON
This
will be an annual event and will be run for the first time at the AUGUST 2005
meeting, with a guaranteed minimum purse of £3,500.
Horses eligible are those that are already
nominated for the 2006 "Y Ddraig Fach Gymreig", however there is a
late entry system via supplement (details below).
The
race itself will be run on Saturday 27th August, 2005 - however, should heats
be necessary (i.e. 11 or more horses entered) these will be run on Thursday
25th August 2005 with the final on Saturday. Colts and fillies will be split
where possible, but please note there will be no segregation of entries on the
basis of owner / trainer / driver.

2003 that have already been nominated and paid up or supplemented (before
01/03/2005)
